What Should You Ask Plumbers and Plumbing Contractors?

Ask for the license number, insurance certificates and a written contract, then ask who runs the job, who pulls permits and what the warranty covers. For this trade, also ask: Is there a call-out or after-hours fee? Typical lead time is same day for emergencies, days for planned work.
